The Ender IO is a block that, when paired with a Staff of Travelling, allows you to see and interact with a 7x7 area centered on it. You can use placed items such as levers and buttons, open interfaces of other blocks, and interact with chests. It does however require that you either be within rendering distance of it or otherwise have the chunk it is in loaded.
While using the Ender IO, you can move the camera around by dragging with the left mouse button. You can zoom by holding down shift while dragging the left mouse button, or by using the mouse wheel. Right click on a block or object to interact with it. Note: the camera must be rather close to the thing you are trying to interact with.

The Ender IO has a security system to only allow certain players to use it.
- The Label item slot is used to set a label for the block. Placing any item in this slot will set the label to that item. Whenever this block is looked at with a Staff of Travelling equipped, or while standing on a Travel Anchor, the label item will be displayed inside the block.
- The Protected, Private, and Public buttons determine who is allowed to use this block. In public mode, any player can access it. In Private mode, only the player who placed the block can. In protected mode, any player who did not place the block will need to enter in a correct "item password" to become authorized.
- The Password item slots are only used when the block is in "Protected" mode. The owner can place items in these slots to set a password of any length.
